Terms of receipt of the device

1. The customer must make adequate and complete backups of his data before handing over his device. Huawei Customer Service Center is not responsible for the loss of data and files contained in the device during maintenance work by its technicians.

2. The Huawei Customer Service Center is not responsible for the loss of data of the device or the device itself in case of burglary, theft, fire, flood, earthquake, vandalism, or other case.

3. The repair time depends on the availability of the spare part of each manufacturer, as well as unexpected complications during the restoration process. Huawei Customer Service Center does not bear any responsibility for any delay as well as for the consequences that it may have for the customer.

4. Huawei Customer Service Centerdoes not bear any responsibility for the transfer of the device from the customer to the repair center. The safe packaging and transport of the product is the responsibility of the customer.

5. If the device is covered by warranty it must be accompanied by a copy of the retail receipt or invoice.

6. In case a device which upon delivery is covered by warranty but after a technical inspection it is found that the device is out of warranty due to misuse and the customer denies the cost of repair then there is a minimum inspection fee of 7€.

7. The description of the fault here is made at the absolute discretion of the customer. The Huawei Customer Service Center can only detect a complete fault after a technical inspection and then inform the customer of the full description and possible cost of resolving the problem.

8. In the event of a change of screen or back cover bearing glass or protective film, the Huawei Customer Service Center may not transfer this protection to the new part.
