Free Return and Conditions
At the Huawei Customer Service Centeryou can choose the product you want and make a Free Return within 14 calendar days of receipt and calling us at 2170007575 or sending an email to email@example.com informing us of the reason for the return and the change you want.
The Free Return is valid only for shipments within Greece.
To make the Free Return you must:
- The product must not have been used.
- The return package must contain the proof of purchase.
- The product is in its original condition with all the necessary accompaniments.
- Huawei Customer Service Center reserves the right not to change if the above conditions are not met.

1) Return of wrong product

2) Right of withdrawal
According to the law on consumer protection (Law 2251/1994) you have the right to return the product within ten (14) days from the date of receipt.
Product return is only accepted and if the product is in its original condition, the product packaging is not opened or unsealed, is not soiled or damaged, or is in any condition other than its original condition. In any case, the return costs are borne by the customer.
To make a product return, it is necessary to make a telephone appointment in advance.

3) Return of defective product
In case you find that a product you received is defective, please inform our company immediately so that the product can be returned to our warehouses.

In any other case, the product after consultation and after being covered by warranty will be sent to the manufacturer for repair.
